Ram Resources Limited has an experienced management team and a highly skilled exploration and operations team in place with  mineral exploration and business experience.

Mr Michael Drew (Managing Director) B.Bus ACIS 

Mr Drew has a strong commercial and corporate background with 19 years experience in the mining and resources industry in Australia, Africa and South East Asia . He has experience in mining project development, joint ventures and project financing. He was previously Chief Financial Officer of Precious Metals Australia Limited and played an integral part in their development of the original Windimurra vanadium mine in Western Australia and the subsequent feasibility into the re-development and financing of Windimurra in 2007.

Mr Neville John Bassett (Non-Executive Director) BBus. CA

Mr Bassett specialises in the area of corporate consulting, financial management and advisory services, consulting to a number of publicly listed and private companies in a diverse range of industry sectors. He has experience in company listings and capital raisings and his involvement in the corporate arena has also taken in mergers and acquisitions. Through exposure in the Australian financial markets, Mr Bassett has a wealth of understanding of matters pertaining to the Corporations Act, ASX listing requirements, Corporation taxation and finance.

Mr James Lumley – (Non Executive Director)

James Lumley has been working in the resource industry for a number of years, previously having worked at director level in the London property sector for more than 15 years, providing property investment opportunities for International Institutions. 

More recently James has acted as a consultant for a number of companies in the resource and clean energy sectors, assisting them with raising capital, establishing joint venture relationships.

Dr Andrew Scogings  (Technical Consultant) PhD, MSc

Andrew has an MSc and PhD in Geology from the University of Durban-Westville where his PhD thesis was based on the study of peralkaline granites, nepheline syenites, and carbonatite complexes, which is the same geology as Ram’s Motzfeldt Project. Andrew has over 33 years experience as a geologist, specialising in industrial minerals, and most recently held the position of International Minerals Development Manager with AMCOL International. He has various geological, marketing, and business development roles in Australia and South Africa with companies operating in industrial minerals and base metals.

Currently, Andrew runs his own geological consulting business specialising in industrial minerals.

Dr Ashlyn Armour-Brown (Consultant) PhD

Dr Brown has a PhD in Exploration Geochemistry from the Royal School of Mines, Imperial Collage and more than 45 years experience as geologist, including extensive experience in South Greenland. Between 1979-1986 he managed field programs for the Geological Survey of Greenland, and was closely involved in their discovery of the Motzfeldt Project.

Dr Armour-Brown was the geological consultant to Angus & Ross PLc a former owner of the Motzfeldt Project, and was responsible for that company’s fieldwork programmes in Greenland 2001-2005.

Ashlyn has an in-depth knowledge of the geology of the Motzfeldt Complex and of course considerable history with the project area.
